It was released by CAPCOM as a preorder gift, but RE was not real popular when it first came out, so I am guessing not a lot were given out. It is 7 chapters long plus a preface that is a very interesting read. the cover reads "Resident Evil" "The Book" (the "t's" in "resident" and "the" are crosses)For lack of time I will have to get back to you...... This book was short, but very good. The character "Billy" is one of the main focal points of the book, but is not ever mentioned (to my knowledge) in any of the games. He is not Billy from RE0. This is one of the prized pieces of my Resident Evil collection, and I have come close to seeling it a few times when I have needed money. I am glad I never caved and sold it. Out of respect for the few owners of this ultra rare, book I will not type it up. I think tracking down the book would be a great task for someone wishing to read it. Good Luck fellow RE fans.....
